Throughout autumn our gardens, grasslands and woodlands are filled with an incredible array of fungi in all shapes and sizes. This event is a fantastic way to learn more about identifying diverse species, their lifecycle and their habitats.
By delving deeper into the fascinating and captivating world of fungi, staying curious, and sharpening our observation skills to notice intricate details, we are enhancing our mindfulness practice and improving our wellbeing.
