Specialising in women's health, wellbeing and fitness I am dedicated to empowering women over 40 years to live their best life.

As women we may need support to let go of what no longer serves us and embrace change to enable us to flourish throughout life.  Through coaching I support you to adapt and embrace your changing unique female physiology and emotional needs so you can be in the strongest, healthiest and happiest shape of your life at any age.

 

My health and fitness philosophy is a flexible, sustainable, authentic and positive approach to becoming the strongest version of yourself physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually.  Together we explore and navigate all aspects of your health so you can find your brightest self and discover an approach to health and fitness which will sustain you whatever life throws your way.

About me

Hello, my name is Petrina

A health and wellbeing coach but also a real woman who has conquered her own fitness goals, unhealthy behaviours and health challenges.​ I am passionate about female health and supporting women through the unique challenges they face at different stages of their lives.

​

A lifelong scientist and educator I am keen to share my evidence-based knowledge, skills and personal experiences to help others overcome obstacles, find the courage to make incredible changes and live their best life every day.

A nature warrior and outdoor adventurer, I love to empower and encourage women to enjoy physical activities in the great outdoors and to cultivate a deeper connection with the natural environment.

Inspired by my martial arts practice I take wisdom from the East to provide a holistic and mindful approach to wellbeing. Developing physical strength, enhancing mental clarity and promoting emotional balance through breathing techniques, mindfulness, yoga, Tai Chi and meditation practice.

A certified health and wellbeing coach, qualified personal trainer, martial arts instructor, run leader, swim teacher and mental health swim host.

​

Accredited by the Association for Coaching and NHS Personalised Care Institute through ​Health and Wellbeing Coach Training delivered by Raw Horizons.
