By delving deeper into the hidden world of lichens, staying curious, and sharpening our observation skills to notice intricate details, we are enhancing our mindfulness practice and improving our wellbeing.
By the end of the walk you will leave with a better understanding, maybe even a love for, these fabulous little organisms that are all around us.
