By participating in this night nature walk, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Assumption of Risk: You understand that outdoor activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to, uneven terrain, darkness, exposure to wildlife, weather conditions and other unforeseen natural hazards. You voluntarily assume all such risks associated with your participation.

2. Responsibility for Safety: Participants are responsible for their own safety and must follow the guidance and instructions provided by the event organisers and group leaders at all times. Failure to do so may result in being asked to leave the group for the safety of all participants.

3. Health and Fitness: You confirm that you are in suitable physical condition to participate in this activity. Please notify of us of any medical conditions or allergies that may require attention during the event.

4. Liability Waiver: The organisers, leaders, and affiliated parties of this event are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to persons or property arising from participation in this walk, except in cases of gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

5. Personal Belongings. You are responsible for the safety and security of your personal belongings. The organisers are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

6. Emergency Protocols: In the event of an emergency, participants must inform the group leader immediately.
