I, the undersigned, acknowledge that participation in the Wild Swim and Barefoot Walk involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:

• Uneven, slippery, or unpredictable terrain while barefoot walking.

• Cold water immersion and submerged hazards during swimming.

• Exposure to changing weather conditions and natural elements.

  
  

I confirm that I am voluntarily participating in this experience, understanding the physical and environmental challenges involved. I accept full responsibility for my personal safety, physical wellbeing and any potential injuries that may occur.

I agree to:

• Take appropriate precautions to assess my personal capabilities before entering the water or walking barefoot.

• Respect safety guidelines and the advice of the event organizer.

• Seek immediate assistance if I experience discomfort or distress.

  
  

By signing below, I release the event organiser, land owner, affiliates and any associated parties from liability for injury, loss or damage sustained during my participation. I confirm that I am in good health and able to safely engage in wild swimming and barefoot walking activities.
